Drafted Commerce LLC ("Drafted," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and your rights regarding it.

Short version

Short version: we only collect what you submit through our category audit form, plus standard server logs. We do not sell data. We do not use third-party trackers. EU and California residents have specific rights described below. Questions: garrett@draftedcommerce.com.

1 Scope

This policy covers the Drafted Commerce marketing website and the category-audit request form on it. It does not cover engagements with our clients, which are governed by separate written agreements between Drafted and the client entity.

7 How long we keep it

We retain form submissions for the duration of the related conversation plus a reasonable follow-up period (typically up to 24 months), unless a longer retention period is required for legal or contractual reasons. Server logs are retained per our hosting provider's defaults (typically 30 days for full logs, longer for aggregated diagnostics). You can request earlier deletion at any time.

8 Security

We take reasonable physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect personal data against loss, theft, and unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. Email is not a secure channel; use caution when sending sensitive information over it.

9 Country of processing

Drafted operates from the United States. Data submitted through this website is processed in the United States and may be stored on infrastructure operated by our service providers, which may be located in other countries. For EU residents, this means your data may be transferred outside the EEA. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as our service providers' Standard Contractual Clauses) for any such transfers.

10 Your choices

You can limit data collection by not submitting the form. Browser-level controls (private browsing, ad blockers, Do Not Track signals) are honored to the extent technically possible. This site does not track users across other websites and does not run any third-party ad pixels.

11 Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that would have a significant or legal effect. If this changes, we will update this policy.

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16.
